Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the MoveQ mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

MoveQ reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

MoveQ is a mobile marketplace that connects individuals seeking help with everyday tasks ("Customers") with individuals willing to perform those tasks ("Workers"). The App facilitates the following services:

MoveQ is a marketplace platform only. MoveQ does not itself provide any of the above services and is not a party to the agreement for the service formed between a Customer and a Worker. MoveQ's role is limited to providing the App and related technical services that connect the parties and enable order processing and payment.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use MoveQ, you must create an account by providing a valid phone number and completing SMS verification. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3.2 Dual-Role Account

Each MoveQ account supports two roles: Customer and Worker. You may switch between roles at any time within the App. When acting as a Worker, you agree to perform services with reasonable care and professionalism.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify MoveQ immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments and Fees

4.1 Payment Methods

Customers pay for completed orders either in cash, directly to the Worker at the time of service completion, or by payment card through the App. The available payment methods may depend on your city and the Worker.

4.2 Card Payments

Card payments are processed by a licensed bank and payment service provider (JSC "Universal Bank", "Plata by mono" / monobank). Card details are entered on the provider's secure payment page, which opens in your device browser. MoveQ does not receive, process, or store your full card number, expiry date, or CVV. The recipient of the payment for the service is the Worker, who receives funds through the provider's acquiring service.

4.3 Platform Commission

MoveQ provides technical services to Workers and charges Workers a commission for those services in the amount of up to 20% of the order amount. For card orders the commission is withheld automatically at settlement; for cash orders it is recorded as the Worker's payable to MoveQ. Customers do not pay a separate platform fee. The full terms of the platform commission and the payment agency arrangement are set out in the Public Offer.

4.4 Pricing

Service pricing is determined by the task difficulty level (Easy, Medium, or Hard) and the specific nature of the task. Prices displayed in the App are starting prices; the final price is confirmed in the order.

4.5 Cancellations and Refunds

If an order paid by card is canceled before completion, the card authorization (hold) is released and no charge is made. For questions about a completed or charged order, contact support at support@moveq.net.

5. Workers as Independent Providers

Workers act as independent service providers and are not employees, agents, or partners of MoveQ. Workers are solely responsible for the services they provide, for compliance with applicable law (including registration as an individual entrepreneur where required), and for the declaration and payment of their own taxes and duties.

MoveQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

7. Ratings and Reviews

After each completed order, both the Customer and Worker may leave a rating (1-5 stars) and a written review. Ratings and reviews must be honest, accurate, and respectful. MoveQ reserves the right to remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or that violate these Terms.

8. Location Data

The App uses location services to match Customers with nearby Workers and to provide real-time tracking during active orders. While performing an active order, a Worker's location may be collected in the background to keep the Customer updated. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your location data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The MoveQ App, including its design, code, content, logos, and trademarks, is the property of MoveQ and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

MoveQ provides the platform "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Any disputes between Customers and Workers should first be resolved directly between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may contact MoveQ support at support@moveq.net for assistance.

12. Termination and Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time directly in the App (Profile β†’ Settings β†’ Delete Account), or by sending a request to support@moveq.net. Upon deletion, your personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy; certain transaction and financial records may be retained where required by law.

MoveQ may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion.

13. Service Availability

MoveQ currently operates in the following cities in Ukraine: Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Ternopil, and Kharkiv. Service availability may vary by city and is subject to change.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted in the courts of Ukraine.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available at this address. Significant changes may also be communicated through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
