1. Introduction
MoveQ ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use the MoveQ mobile application ("App").
The data controller is the individual entrepreneur operating MoveQ: FOP Harkushenko Arina Ihorivna (ФОП Гаркушенко Аріна Ігорівна), tax ID (РНОКПП) 3617602080, Ukraine. By using MoveQ, you consent to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Phone number — required for account registration and SMS verification
- Name — your display name shown to other users
- Profile photo — optional, used mainly by Workers
- Worker payout details — if you act as a Worker, your legal name, tax identification number (РНОКПП / ЄДРПОУ), and bank account number (IBAN), used to enable payouts and card acquiring through our payment provider
- Order details — pickup/delivery address (including entrance, floor, and apartment where you provide them), task description, and optional photos attached to the order
- Chat messages and media — messages and photos sent between Customers and Workers within the App
- Ratings and reviews — feedback you provide about other users
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Location data — GPS coordinates used to match nearby users and provide real-time tracking during active orders (see Section 4)
- Push notification token — to deliver order and chat notifications via the messaging service
- Order and transaction history — your orders, ratings, balance, and verification status
- Limited technical data — such as IP address and app version, processed in server logs to operate and secure the service
2.3 What We Do Not Collect
MoveQ does not use third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting SDKs, and does not collect your contacts, microphone audio, or biometric data. We do not enter, receive, or store your payment card number, expiry date, or CVV (see Section 5).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Match Customers with nearby Workers
- Provide real-time location tracking during active orders
- Enable in-app chat between Customers and Workers
- Process payments for orders and settle the platform commission
- Send notifications about order and chat updates
- Display ratings and reviews to other users
- Maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our platform
- Respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations
4. Location Data
Location data is central to MoveQ's functionality:
- Customers — your location is used to find nearby Workers and to show your address to the assigned Worker during an active order
- Workers — during an active order, your location is shared with the Customer in real time for tracking. To keep tracking accurate while you complete a task, your location may be collected in the background, even when the App is not open on screen
Location is collected only while the App is in use or while you have an active order. You can disable or limit location permissions in your device settings, but this will prevent core features of the App from working.
5. Payments and Financial Data
Card payments are processed by our licensed payment provider, JSC "Universal Bank" ("Plata by mono" / monobank). Card details are entered on the provider's secure payment page, which opens in your device browser. MoveQ never receives or stores your full card number, expiry date, or CVV — we receive only the payment status and a transaction reference.
If you act as a Worker, the payout details you provide (legal name, tax ID, IBAN) are shared with the payment provider to set up payouts and acquiring. We store records of transactions (amount, status, date, and related order) for accounting, commission settlement, and legal compliance.
6. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with advertisers. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- With other users — your name, profile photo, rating, and location (during active orders) are shared with the other party in a transaction
- Payment provider — JSC "Universal Bank" / monobank, to process card payments and Worker payouts
- SMS provider — to deliver verification codes
- Push notifications — Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, to deliver notifications
- Cloud storage — Amazon Web Services (AWS S3), to store avatars and order/chat media
- Map services — map display uses Apple Maps (on iOS) or Google Maps (on Android)
- Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users
7. Data Storage, Security, and Location of Processing
Your data is stored on secure servers located in the European Union (AWS, Frankfurt). The data controller is established in Ukraine. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account:
- Your profile information is deleted within 30 days
- Chat messages are deleted within 30 days
- Ratings and reviews you have left may remain visible but will be anonymized
- Transaction and financial records are retained for the period required by the accounting and tax laws of Ukraine
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Delete your account and associated data — directly in the App (Profile → Settings → Delete Account) or by contacting us
- Export your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
- Object to or restrict processing for certain purposes
- Lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (the data protection authority)

10. Children's Privacy
MoveQ is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it.
11. International Data Transfers
MoveQ operates in Ukraine, and your data is processed primarily in the European Union, where our cloud infrastructure is located (AWS, Frankfurt). By using the App, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in these jurisdictions.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this address. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
